2. Day of DH 2009
On March 18th, 2009, 85 digital humanists around the
world participated in a social research project
designed to document "Just what do computing
humanists really do?". We did this through
photographs and blog entries reflecting on the day's
work. The "Day in the Life of the Digital Humanities"
project was conceived as a social publication project
that began with reflection on what we do as we do it.

17. CONCLUSIONS
• Need of formal method to gather data about Day
of DH
– Standard Time, Controlled Vocabulary (TaDIRAH)
– Open access policy
• More participative and flexible platform. Maybe
Facebook-style?
• What is the ideal structure for multilingual Day of
DH?
