Property Hunter Training Course Web based training starting in August.  Initial training on residential acquisition.  Support offered through our toll free property hunter hotline from 8-5, M-F. What a property hunter receives Initial training on how to acquire properties.  On-Going training into other spectrums of real estate.  Ongoing mentorship on finding and closing real estate acquisitions.   Personalized web page for lead generation.  Access to all marketing material. Entry Fee $299.00 One time fee.  Enrolls you into the program for two years.   Refundable after closing of 2nd transaction.  30 Day Money Back Guarantee Secures your territory.   $39.00 Territory Security  If you are unready to enroll you can save a territory for 60 days.  Non-Refundable, but can be assigned.
payment Structure  $1500 per property, paid upon successful close of escrow.  (Sub $400k)  $2500 per property, paid upon successful close of escrow. ($400k-$1M)
Commission Structure  $3500 per property, paid upon successful close of escrow. ($1M-$2M)  Anything over $2M is negotiated prior to contract. Monthly bonus structure.  Regular Spiffs offered to affiliates.
How do I start?  Submit affiliate packet for immediate consideration, and an interview will be scheduled.   If a property hunter position is not for you, we will also payout for successful leads and submissions. Payouts vary on transaction structure.
