- In October 2016 we commissioned this report by the Open Data Institute https://theodi.org/blog/achieving-more-with-open-data-at-dataparliamentuk It is a useful starting point / frame for our work with users and continuing commitment to focusing on users’ needs for our data; we have made progress on this user research as a team since last year and will be publishing findings in due course
- Dan said something about how he thought democracy was important. Also wanting to avoid any implicit ‘Parliament + Data = Democracy’ oversimplification, and recognising that there were many people more expert on democracy in the room.
