  A purposeful focus of talent and resources across
  academic disciplines and using enterprise-wide
  capabilities provides an advantageous organizational
  model for solving complex problems.

  Academic units, institutes and centers organized as
  teams to pursue solutions to significant issues,
  questions, and problems can best leverage UCF’s far-
  reaching capabilites and confer competitive
  advantage to the central Florida city-state.
  Attract, develop, support, and retain the very best
   students, faculty, staff members, and alumni
  Efficiently steward available assets to achieve
   desired outcomes
  Effectively husband existing assets and wisely
   pursue new capabilities
  Purposely concentrate resources on key initiatives
