5. Elbil er et «kinderegg»
• Viktigste tiltak for å redusere CO2-utslippet
fra persontransporten i Norge.
• Null utslipp av eksos.
• Mindre støy.

6. Ladeinfrastruktur bidrar til å gjøre elbil
til det riktige valget for ny bil
• Oslo er en stor ladeinfrastrutur
eier –mer enn 1000 ladepunkter
på offentlig gate
• Nærmere 400 nye punkter i 2016
• Det er over 2000 ladepunkter
totalt i Oslo
• Vi bygger også
hurtigladestasjoner i samarbeid
med private aktører
7. Dagens elbil-fordeler
rushtidsavgift.
• Fri adgang til å kjøre i kollektivfeltet (2 +)
• Gratis lading på de fleste offentlige ladestasjoner.
• 50% rabatt på firmabilbeskatningen.
• Gratis transport av elbilen på riksveiferger
• Statens regulativ gir deg ekstra tillegg
(15 til 80 øre i 2013) i
kilometergodtgjørelse hvis
du bruker elbil.
8. Kraftfulle resultater
Eksponentiell vekst.
11. Innovativt Design – Bussladestasjoner
So far so good, but we still have to speed up:
- The green shifts for commercial vehicles; like freight vehicles, taxies,
commercial trucks, buses, green car sharing etc.
The work have started, for instance trough the EU-project FREVUE for green
freight distribution in the inner City, and through the ongoing transformation of the
hole public transportation fleet. The goal is 100 % non-carbon fuels like biogas,
hydrogen and electricity within 2020.
Norway has so far purchase more than 30 % of all EVs in Europe and helped
boosting the numbers of EVs internationally, but we still want more, and more cities
world-wide to do the same. Only then can we create world-wide achievements.
It is really not a question of putting a man on the moon. The technical solutions are
already there to pick, and the good news is - it is really working.

This creates both challenges and opportunities …
Slide 18: Concluding remarks
Thank you all for your attention!
I wish you all a fantastic stay in Oslo and hope you will enjoy all the exiting presentations from Stockholm, Rotterdam and La Rochelle, as well as Oslo, and the panel discussion later on today.
And of course the site visit to our new fast charging stations, which is financed by FREVUE and ENOVA and is a very visible sign of the important FREVUE project.
Good luck to you all with the important work in your own cities. I do think we all have a lot to learn from each other, and wish you all a nice and inspiring stay here in Oslo.
Oslo is the capital of Norway. The city has some 630,000 inhabitants, and is experiencing a significant population growth. As a consequence, it is expected that freight distribution will increase by 50 % by the year 2030.
At the same time, Oslo has an aim of reducing emissions of CO2 by 50 % by 2030. This ambitious target has spurred a great interest in how to make transportation of both goods and persons more environmentally friendly. There is also significant focus on emissions of NOx, as Oslo and other Norwegian cities experience problems in this regard during wintertime.
