3. KIOSK PROJECTS
Fido wanted to boost sales in their retail channels, so they chose a team that
had the proven expertise in building and managing sales teams. Jumpstart®
established and managed all aspects of 15 retail kiosks throughout the
Vancouver Lower Mainland, Whistler, Victoria and Calgary and Edmonton
markets.
The team managed all facets of operations including inventory and credit
controls, hiring, training, supervising, payroll, (which totaled 70 full and part-
time staff), providing daily sales reports, and most importantly, acquiring new
Fido subscribers. Initially, the project was assigned operation for three
months, but due to the huge success was extended for over one and a half

members, MedicAlert® is the leading provider of medical information services
linked to customized medical bracelets and necklets. For more than 40 years,

The Jumpstart® team managed all facets of the British Columbia retail
merchandising campaign selling MedicAlert® services and bracelets in

Canada Place wanted to implement a merchandising strategy in conjunction

4. When Wild Planet Toys needed a cool National promotion to support their
retailers in selling their Spy Gear they chose Canada's promotions experts -
Jumpstart®. The Jumpstart® team organized all the details for the "Secret
Agent Tour", including a compelling media campaign that was very successful
in generating media coverage. Jumpstart® sent their "Secret Agent" team
across Canada from Vancouver to Ottawa holding spy events for all ages at the
retail stores they visited. At the end of the tour 100% of the retailers said that
thetourwasamazing andtheywouldliketoseemorepromotionslikeit.
SALES PROMOTION & EVENT PROJECTS
This was a fun promotion involving tasting demonstrations at local Vancouver
liquor stores. Bear Brewing outsourced the entire project to Jumpstart®. From
recruiting the beautiful "beer babes" to preparing a customer response
summary report, the promotion went off without a hitch. As a result of the
promotions, Bear Brewing has noticed an increase in sales and higher brand

BRL Hardy is one of Australia's leading wine companies and one of the ten
largest wine companies in the world. They needed professional, refined staff

5. Envision Financial were looking to promote their financial services and expand
their market across Greater Vancouver, the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley
of British Columbia. After careful analysis and creative discussion,
Jumpstart® implemented an innovative campus marketing campaign to
capture the attention of University and College students. The Jumpstart®
team handled all details including negotiating space and sponsorship of the
University/College campuses; hiring, training, deploying, and managing the
promotional staff; creation and set up/tear down of all promotional materials.
Ultimately, Jumpstart® was responsible for meeting or exceeding the sales
targets they had projected. Jumpstart® achieved double-digit growth against
sales targets. Those very successful results were achieved within a tight
implementation deadline of two weeks and approximately 30 part-time days

Fido needed a competitive edge, so they turned to Jumpstart® for a solution.
After an examination of the wireless market, Jumpstart® identified an
opportunity that existed in the University and College markets. Working within
an extremely tight timeframe (three weeks), Jumpstart® pioneered the first of
its kind campus marketing program. All details were taken care of by the
Jumpstart® team, from lease negotiation, inventory controls, hiring, staff
supervision, payroll, to clean up. At the end of the program, Fido had their new

ACC has aggressively marketed their long distance and recent Internet

Jumpstart®'s RFP response was successful in winning the BC contract for the
ACC campus marketing program. Our mandate: to implement (in conjunction
with an ACC employee) the entire campus marketing program within four
weeks.
The project included recruitment, training, payroll for 30+ temporary sales
employees and dispatching them to 11 University & College Campuses across
BC. Many campuses were running the Jumpstart®/ACC promotions

6. This national department store chain wanted to increase the number of
customers using the Zellers credit card. Jumpstart® deployed sales staff
throughout BC at 12 stores to aggressively acquire new Zellers credit
cardholders. This two-year program was a huge success - at some locations,
achieving 200% over quota and as high as 87% of applicants obtained the
additional credit card insurance. Over 30,000 new credit cards were activated

company, was seeking a dynamic team of residential door-to-door sales
representatives that could canvass homes throughout the Greater Vancouver
