I wish to contribute to happiness & benefits of Vietnam consumers & retailers. My working period at Citibank, Hong Leong Bank & USGuide had trained me deeply and equipped me with necessary experiences. I am also interested in human personalities & want to build a company culture for all employees, which based in 3 main components: Creative & Risk Challenging (Not mean to do things with careless), Self-study & Development and Frank & Sincere Communication.
