• PayPlans & Benefits, Inc. is an innovative HR and Employee benefits
consulting firm that focuses primarily on cost containment strategies for
any size employer. We design and implement customizes solutions in the

• PP&B has a long history in employee benefit administrative services. PP&B
began by offering flexible benefits administration in 1994. In 1999, PP&B
implemented COBRA administration as part of its product offering. Payroll
processing services were added in 2002, followed by Transportation
Benefit Plans in 2008 and Health Reimbursement Arrangements in 2009.
