DIC signed a contract with Accor, a famous French Hotel Group, for
hospitality management under Pullman Hotel brand to maximize the
business efficency and value. Pullman Hotel Vung Tau was officially opened
on 2nd Dec, 2015.

COOPERATION
On major projects, in order to have a
firm foundation, right from the
beginning, DIC Corp has partnered
with the foreign planning consultants
to bring the customers the most
proper and beneficial design planning.
Nikken Sekkei Civil Engineering Co.,Ltd
(Japan) designed An Thoi – Phu Quoc New Urban
Area Project - subdivision planning scaled 1/2000. The
project is planned to be the perfect match between the
class and value. An Thoi New Urban Area not only meets
people’s demand to find a place to live but also attracts
tourists by varied forms of resort and entertainment.
Veritas Company (Malaysia) cooperated with
DIC Corp to designed Long Tan Tourism Urban Area
Project. Each architectural design is in accordance with
the terrain and at superior-level to create such unique,
impressive and iconic construction in the whole area.
Winter Group (Australia) cooperated with DIC
Corp in planning Vung Tau Gateway luxury apartments
and Thuy Tien Building. The modern and luxury
condominium and apartment projects are strong and
steady with the infrastructure system designed for
convenient living and beautiful wide views, which is
one of the advantages to make the customers want to
live in Vung Tau.
Archipel JS.Company (France): has
cooperated with DIC Corp in planning 3 major real
estate projects, of which architecture is
commensurate with the size, the remarkable
modern style constructions, unique individual
design, yet still meets the functional of the
construction.
• Pullman 5-star Hotel and International
Conference and Exhibition Center Complex is
designed with luxury, splendid and magnificent
concept. This is the first international 5 star
standard hotel in Vung Tau which deserves to be
an impressive feature of the city, bringing tourism
in this area to a new level.
• DIC Phoenix Project, located in Chi Linh urban
center, owned the modern and luxury style with 3
glasses ellipse blocks.
• An Son Hill Villas’ architecture is outstanding
with the antique and elegant style, yet modern
and matching the dreamy beauty of Da Lat City.

COOPERATION
DIC always pays attention to adjusting the structure of our business fields
and investment reasonably and appropriately to promote the develop-
ment and enhance the competitiveness of DIC Group.
Besides strong capacity, DIC Corp also confidently cooperates with other

- Financial investment: Organizing periodic analysis and evaluation of the

invested unit of DIC Corp.

Human resource development strategy
Human resources is the determinant in the sustainability of all our
activities and competitiveness. To succeed and grow further in the
future, DIC Corp has been continuously innovating and developing
in depth with the focus on training highly qualified, professional,
dedicated human resources, which meet the domestic and
international integration and competence requirements.
DIC Corp builds a long-term staff planning program to recruit, train
and supplement the young staff to inherit leadership and
management at all levels, while paying attention to improving the

1. Chi Linh Urban Center
Location: Ward 10, Nguyen An Ninh Ward, Thang Nhat Ward –
Vung Tau City.
Groundbreaking: 1997
Estimated completion year: 2020
Since 2004, there have been many works in the Project being
completed and going into operation, such as 18-floor Vung
Tau Seaview 4 Apartment Building (268 units), 21-floor Vung
Tau Seaview 1-2 Apartment Building (800 units), 4-building
Lake Side complex (756 units), Chi Linh golf club.
Not only contributing nearly 2,000 units to satisfy local needs,
DIC Corp also eager to develop a new Urban Area of higher
life quality with kindergartens, schools and other
infrastructures, parks which are also synchronously
constructed early. Besides, Chi Linh Golf Club is invested with
driving range, Green course and 3D Golf Studio, which also
contribute to the value of the new urban area.

Location: 84 Tran Phu Street, Ward 5, Vung Tau City.
Groundbreaking: 2011
Completed in 2014.
The 18-floor building consists of 194 unique and modern
apartments.The project not only has the best“feng shui”
location: the back leans on the Big Mountain and the
front faces the sea – where the power of both the earth
and the heaven is converging, bringing the abundant
sources of wealth and peace, creating the perfect living
space for the residents here. The building near the
famous tourist attractions of the city suits traffic

3. Ba Ria General Hospital
Location: Long Tam Ward, Dist. Ba Ria,
Ba Ria - Vung Tau
Groundbreaking: 2009
Completion: 2014
Ba Ria General Hospital was built by DIC. The
construction process was supervised closely to
ensure quality; the design by Yooil (Korea) fully
reached international standards. The provincial
general hospital, Class II, equipped with
high-quality facilities is the largest in Southeast
region.
The hospital has 11 blocks, including 20 clinical
departments, 9 paraclinical departments, 8
function rooms, therein, the main block with 17
floors, provides 700 beds. Moreover, there is a
“relative dormitory" provides 140 beds for
patients’relatives to stay for free.
Infrastructure system is fully automatic,
convenient, and reasonable; medical devices,
instruments are the most modern among the
country, actively support the detection and
diagnosis of diseases.
In Feb 2015 Ba Ria General Hospital was officially
put into operation to serve people in the
province and neighbor area.

2. 5-star Pullman Hotel and Vung Tau International Conference and Exhibition
Center Complex:
Location: Thang Tam Ward, Vung Tau City.
Groundbreaking: 2007
Completed and operated in 2015.
DIC Corp wishes to turn the coastalVungTau city into a developed tourism urban center of the Southeast region.
The large-scale project aimed to be a M.I.C.E activities hotspot of Vung Tau City. This also marks a significant
development of DIC Corp in the field of hotel and travel services investment.
The project, with unique architecture and high class quality, is expected to become a symbol of culture and
tourism inVungTau City, raising the city’s national, regional and international position.
The International Conference and Exhibition Center is an ideal place for hosting large events with the capacity
enough for 1000 people.
The project includes10-floor hotel block with 396 rooms of Pullman 5-star international standard, serving
700-1000 guests,managedbyACCOR-theworld'sleadinghotelmanagementgroup;servicedapartmentsblock

An Son HillVillas – Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province
Location: An Son Hill, Da Lat City.
Groundbreaking: 2010.
Completed and operated in 2013.
Located at a nice location with panoramic view from the hill, the project
includes 62 land lots, each of 300 – 1200 sqm with 4 French villas style
designed by Archipel Company. The project is classy and harmonious
with romantic scenery of the city of fog.
The project was approved for transferring the land-use right to
customers to build houses under the approved master plan. So, after
the launch in 2013, the project has attracted the attention of many
customers across the country.
Dai Phuoc Eco-tourism Urban Area – Dong Nai Province
Location: Ong Con isle, Dai Phuoc Village, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province.
Groundbreaking: 2005.
Estimated completion year: 2019.
The project is a mini-city built on the isle to meet the essential needs of the high-income residents and
tourists. While Phu My Hung in District 7 needed 20 years to develope, Dai Phuoc Ecotourism Urban
Area were soon bustling with 18-hole international golf course and Dai Phuoc Lotus within 5 years.
Taekwang Jeongsan Country Club is the first golf course in Vietnam to be reached by road or
waterway. This 18-hole golf course is cooperatively invested by Jeongsan Vina Limited Company
owned by South Korea'sTaekwang and designed by Golf Plan Company (USA) with an area of 84ha. It
includes a resort, swimming pool, tennis courts, etc with total investment of about 44 milion USD.
Dai Phuoc Lotus Villas is part of the joint project with the UK VinaCapital Investment Fund, located on
the area of 200ha, with total investment estimated at $ 400 million USD.The 64-million-USD villas with
a range of facilities such as shopping malls, parks, marina, fitness & entertainment center including
