2. Who we are…
• ISB ECO - Thursday lunch time 12.30pm Year 4
area.
• ECO Committee – Once every half term.
• ECO ECA - Thursday 2.15 till 3.15 Meet in
humanities area.

3. What is involved…
• Review main eco themes in all areas of ISB.
• Create an action plan to address areas for improvement.
• Implement action your plan.
• Apply for the renewal of the Green Flag Award.
• Encourage the 3 R’s – Reduce, Reuse and Recycle on a
daily basis.
• ISB are hosting The Fobisia Environmental Conference in
May 2018.

4. ECO Committee
• Run ECO Committee meetings once every half term.
• Ensuring that the whole school is aware of the Eco-Schools
programme;
• Taking the lead in carrying out the Environmental Review;
• Ensuring that everyone in the school community is represented
in the decision-making process (as far as possible);
• Providing a link between pupils, teachers, senior management
team, governors and the whole school community;
• Taking the lead in delivering the Eco-Schools Action Plan.

5. ISB ECO lunch time group
• Implement Eco Action Plan.
• Encourage the 3 R’s – Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
• Create Eco notice board.
• Ensure all classes have recycling bin
• Ensure all classes have eco notices.

6. ECO ECA group
• Create forest walk
• Implement Eco Action Plan.
• Encourage the 3 R’s – Reduce, Reuse and
Recycle.
• Eco assembly

We will care for our environment and
the environments of other living things

We will not waste energy and try to use renewable energy


8. Sharing Primary ISB Eco Progress..
 Made sure all primary classes paper recycling bin.
 All paper must be put in recycling bin.
 Classroom lights must be switched off at the end of the day.
 Air con must be set at 22/23 degrees.
 Use a class litter picker and pick up any litter around ISB.
 Encourage students to use a water bottle.
 Create Eco Warriors display board.
 Share Eco information in assembly.
