I'm a GP at Richford Gate Medical Practice, Shepherd's Bush with a significant interest and experience in diabetes care as well as other long term conditions. I have a well developed interest in IT, user interfaces and in data visualisation, particularly where these apply to improving care of long-term conditions in healthcare. I joined the CCG Board at Hammersmith and Fulham CCG in 2013, and was closely involved in the migration of all 31 GP practices across the CCG to SystmOne over a 9 month period.
