represent one of the world's leading sources of customized Ground Support Test
Equipment used to test Fuel, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Lubrication, and Electrical related
Aircraft/Engines Systems, and Components.
Our product line is also a source of high quality portable Ground Support Servicing
Equipment providing Hydraulic Fluids, and Pneumatic (Nitrogen and Oxygen) Services to
Aircrafts since 1972.
In addition, our standard line of products include the most advanced and efficient Flow,
and Pressure Measurement and Control Technology for various applications, Flow Meter
Calibration, Pressure Gauge Calibration, Proof and Burst Testing.
The Company’s advanced engineering capabilities allow us to meet the most complex and
demanding customer specifications with a reliable and durable one-of-a-kind design.

Manufacturing Facility utilizing MIL-STD-45662 Calibration Systems.
For over thirty-five years, Avitech® products have been a common feature of many large
and small maintenance depots and support shops. Our Equipment is found in Aircraft
production facilities such as those at Boeing Commercial Airplane Group, Boeing
Military Airplane Group, CASA (Spain), AIDC's (Taiwan) IDF fighter manufacturing
and maintenance facilities, and Embraer Aircraft's (Brazil) AM-X fighter
aircraft manufacturing and maintenance facilities. Our Equipment is also found in
component manufacturers' facilities such as those at CESA (Spain) and Chandler
Evans; in Airline shops such as, Alitalia, Ethiopian Airlines, Sabena, Singapore
Airlines, Transbrazil, Tunis Air, Vasp and Varig; and in military depots such as those
at the U.S. Air Force, Army and Navy Bases, NASA, as well as the Spanish AF,
Brazilian AF, Canadian AF, Korean AF, Korean Army, and Taiwan AF Bases.
Aviation Technology, Inc. has been engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, and
support of Aircraft System and Component Test Stands. Its organization and management
are structured and skilled specifically to be highly effective in the design, manufacture,
installation, training, and aftermarket support of Test Stands.
As testimony to the quality and reliability of Avitech® products, Aviation Technology,
Inc. was selected as the first Rolls Royce Allison Authorized Test Support Equipment
Manufacturer, authorized to provide Test Support Equipment for all Rolls Royce Allison
engine models. Aviation Technology, Inc. is a Boeing Aircraft, and United
Technologies' Sikorsky Aircraft Approved Aftermarket Supplier.
5. Ground Support Test Equipment
Whether the customer's requirement is one-of-a-kind or standardized, fully automatic or
manual, equipment or facility design, Aviation Technology, Inc. and its Avitech® Product
Line is the most logical, cost effective solution available.
Test Stands
Aviation Technology's Avitech® Off-The-Shelf and Customized Test Stands are available
for acceptance, functional and post-overhaul testing of the hydraulic, pneumatic,
electrical, or fuel-related components utilized on aircraft and engines. Portable Carts are
available for servicing and testing aircraft hydraulic, lubrication, pneumatic, cabin
pressure, and oxygen systems either in the hangar or on the flight line. Our small, compact
Pneumatic Testers, Hose Testers, and Portable Flowmeters are easily carried by hand and
can be used in small, cramped spaces.
ADACS®
The Avitech® Data Acquisition Control System ”ADACS®” (previously known as:
TCAM), user-friendly technology allows the operator to implement the test procedures in
Automatic Mode (performs all testing and reporting in a pre-established sequence), Semi-
Automatic Mode (operator selected test sequences), and/or manual mode (the operator
controls each of the test parameters).
Instrumentation
The specially developed Avitech® Product Line includes a range of “Aircraft Accurate”
Digital Instrumentation that has been used in the most sophisticated Test Equipment, and
Calibration Labs throughout the world. Versatile enough for R&D projects, yet
economically priced for OEM applications, you can choose from our extensive line of
Indicators for Flow, Pressure, Rate/Totalizer, Strain Gauge, Volts, Amps, Watts…. or any
other upgrade application, to your existing Test Equipment.
Calibration
The Avitech® portable or stationary Calibration Equipment includes: Turbine Flowmeter
Standards, Pressure Transducer/Transmitter Standards, Analog Pressure Standards,
Temperature Transmitter Standards, and Temperature Simulation Baths.
