Tony Groves is described by his peers as a driven and passionate individual, who won’t
endorse anything he doesn’t fully believe in. He enjoys working as a team and
understands the quality of working his way up through the group to fully understand the
team atmosphere, hierarchy and job responsibilities of each team member(to avoid being
an ignorant manager that doesn’t fully understand the roles down the chain). He also
makes his stride working alone on projects and will not stop until the job gets done. His
moto is Find a way, if he doesn’t know how to do it he will be your guy to figure out how
to get it done.
Always remember what it’s like to be on the ground floor/a rookie.
If you want to get by in life work 40 hours a week, but if you want to excel then you
work until the job is done.
Must have a home life balance because he is family orientated and loves his wife and
soon to be growing family (expecting our first child, a little girl on September 6th).
Loves turning every opportunity into a marketing opportunity to add someone on your
team.
Titles are on paper, he has the courage to talk to anyone while being professional and
respectful. Networking and knowing exactly who he needs to connect with his one of his
strongest suits.
Enjoys planning events(business, personal, business pleasure(teammate
engagement)/trips and making a great time for everyone…willing to travel 15%-20% of
the year
