Holy Cross College in Sta. Lucia, Sta. Ana, Pampanga was visited on December 14, 2010. The school has facilities including a welcoming principal's office, a library with reading materials also used as a reading center, and a counseling room in the G.S.H.S Building that keeps student records. The canteen/cafeteria and medical clinic were also observed to be clean and well-maintained. However, some facilities like the audio-visual center, industrial workshop, and P.T.A. office were noted as not available. The boys' restrooms needed immediate maintenance while the girls' restrooms had tolerable conditions.
