express my appreciation to Mr. Blaszczyk, who brought outstanding contribution to our Company
during his service. Captain Tomasz Blaszczyk reported directly to me, Vessel Manager.
Captain Blaszczyk was responsible for overall performance, operation, contacts with Clients
and Company’s Management while working on board of our DP1 DSV vessel – “HBC Achiever”.
His organizational and communication skills, as well as his dependability were of the highest level.
He is very proficient in vessel’s handling in various weather conditions, including manoeuvring with
azimuth thrusters. He consistently showed competence and highest levels of marine education.
He always conducted himself in professional manner.
