COMMERCIAL MANAGER - REGIONAL COORDINATOR
Commercial Liability for 30 million USD turnovers in Southern Cone & Andean Region (from
Panama to Argentina, not Brazil)
I developed new business with global and regional accounts in Latin America coordinating the
support of 7 Aptar international brands of different nationalities (German, French, American and
Italian). Value of the new business was 10 million USD.
I was the link (preferred contact) between the Aptar brands (Emsar, Seaquist Perfect, Valois,
Pfeiffer, Indigo, MBF and Airlessystems) and customers located in the Latin American region.
I developed regional sales strategies considering the brand positioning, customer needs and
supply options, maximizing global and regional performance.
I generated regional trade reports for the President of Latin America and GM in the region.
COTY Argentina S.A. 2000 – 2005
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (PLANNING, PURCHASING, LOCAL PRODUCTION, IMPORTS, EXPORTS,
TECHNICAL DIRECTION, WAREHOUSING AND DISTRIBUTION), FOR COTY AND LANCASTER
PRODUCTS TO SUPPLY ARGENTINA, CHILE AND URUGUAY.
Local manufacturing implementation of aerosol products (Adidas, Dufour and Pierre Cardin
brands), generating savings of 40% on the cost of the final product, equivalent to more than 1.5
million USD annually.
Implemented storage and distribution operation through a 3PL, generating savings of more than
1% of the net sales value of the company, equivalent to 0.1 million USD a year, with national
reach.
I managed inventories valuated in 1.5 million USD, reducing Obsolete & Excesses impacts for 0.2
million USD, improving the quality of investment in assets, cash usage and availability of finished
product.
2. FESTO Argentina S.A. 1996 – 2000
HEAD OF LOGISTIC AND FOREIGN TRADE
I modified and set up the supply system to address enterprise asset investment in compliance with
commercial policies, improving processing time from 5 to 1 days, allowing early detection of
missing inventories.
I modified company stock policies classifying products per their criticality (rotation and value), with
differential coverage per their strategic importance, achieving the same investment, to minimize
missing the most important products.
I implemented procurement procedures (SOP) to purchase products from Germany and Brazil
achieving timely deliveries, minimizing stock-outs.

plant processes, rationalization of deliveries and warehouse usage.
I measured production lines performance and plants performance through KPI reporting to the
Plant Manager monthly for discussion in the board meetings.
I justified the purchase of fixed assets with values between 0.5 and 1.5 million USD.
I implemented a tool for cost saving follow up keeping the board informed of its evolution.
