Objective
A well qualified web developer with diverse experiences in all phases of modern web development. Seeking
engaging opportunities for growth in the field of web and mobile applications. Energized by all technologies both
emerging and established.
Work Experience
12/13 - present Oildex Denver, Co
Software Engineer
Oildex is a Denver based S.A.A.S. company entrenched in the Oil and Gas Industry; products are wide ranging in
both use and design with a specific focus on billing and tracking of raw materials. This portfolio of products is
supporting by a diverse stack of technologies from HTML5 to Silverlight and .NET.
I am working primarily in Research and Development which has allowed me to find, implement and drive forward
both established and emerging technologies such as: Angular (starting with v1.0 as well as preparing for Angular 2
using angular-new-router), Protractor, Karma, Gulp, Grunt, Git, NPM, Ng-inx, HTML5/preparing for ES6, Play
framework, Java, Mongo, Bootstrap, Bootswatch, Web Components and dynamic theming to bring unified look and
feel to a robust suite of web apps.
09/10- 09/13 Triple Creek Greenwood Village, Co
Developer
Triple Creek is the market leader in Modern Mentoring and the primary feature is a web-based application written
in Grails/Groovy, with spring, tomcat, and mySql/HQL querying. The team of developers is under 10, so everyone
has a chance to pursue any project or emerging technology of interest (SOLR, phonegap, and CometD are this
years researches). This position is an incredible introduction into the world of developers which also affords the
freedom to explore the horizon of technology.
For the first year and a half until the completion of my employment I created the reporting infrasctructure in Jasper
Reports and Jasper Server to dynamically create and render of 35 reports to Fortune 500 clients including custom
reports per client as commissioned. This infrastructure included an administrator component which allowed the
client-side admin to enable, disable and customize the reports as their needs evolved. Reports also had filters
which facilitated the narrowing or expansion of data sets to ensure that the reporting was conversely ad-hoc or
uniform depending upon the users needs at that exact moment.
08/10- 01/11 Google Contractor Highlands Ranch, Co
Search Results Evaluator
I have taken a work from home position until an opportunity more aligned with an impending BSIT in software
engineering is earned which is currently scheduled for November 20th
2010.
The position is an interesting exercise in evaluating how keywords are used by the search algorithm to show users
the most accurate results possible, to estimate the success rate of a user entering a search into the online interface,
and to add suggested keywords and also try suggestions to help reshape the users online experience into an
efficient and fun time for all involved. This is a value added service with some quality control assurances factored
in.
2. 11/07 – 07/10 Unicircuit, Inc. Highlands Ranch, Co
Scripting/IT/CAM
Unicircuit is a leading manufacturer in the printed circuit board (PCB) industry. Our niche is in building prototype
circuit boards for Military and Aerospace applications. I was brought in to run the scripting and automated
functions for our computer aided manufacturing (CAM) department. Genesis/Valor is the program that our
department uses, but all of the automated and scripted functions have to be written in Perl as that is the only
language that Genesis supports.
I have developed Genesis functions and user interfaces in Perl, also completing ancillary value-added custom
programs in SED, AWK/GAWK, C++, HTML, VB .net, and SQL database manipulation, user setup and extended
functionality.
I have also expanded my capabilities to include: Data Administration, CAM engineering (converting customer
supplied data into workable process- specific manufacturing procedures), IT for the 10 computers in the CAM
department, as well as mentoring with Senior Engineers and a senior systems developer with 25 years experience.
This position has been a tremendous opportunity for me to learn in an innovative, demanding, and regimented
environment that demands accuracy to a scale of mils (.001 inches).

their members.
