for product development of retail solutions including their in-house V8 Dealer Management System (DMS) used by all dealership
staff across the Toyota/Lexus franchises UK network (250 sites) within the Sales and Aftersales business units
Senior Business Analyst & DevOps role (Aug 2014 – present, 18 months)
Franchise Gateway: a suite of web service APIs supplying the Toyota and Lexus franchise and dealer specific data to the
dealership network. Part of strategic programme using cloud based technologies and implemented with RESTful architecture
delivered in line with Toyotas pan-European standards.
o Senior Business Analyst within Agile Kanban sprint team ensuring all stakeholders engaged, bridging gap between non-
technical and technical. Analysing requirements and data from number of sources, writing user stories and designing web
service input, processing and output for key functions within the product.
• Analyst for series of work packages, most notably Paperless Finance - architectural change and web service
development for transport of highly sensitive and business critical financial data and documents for the network’s
current and future DMS products
• Met key deliverables whilst maintaining business as usual and minimising customer impact during the migration
phase with a seamless transition between existing and new systems.
