4. 2 抗侧滚扭杆的结构 STRUCTURES OF ANTI-ROLL BARS
抗侧滚扭杆装置主要由扭杆轴、扭臂、连杆组成、橡
胶衬套等组成(图 1 )。扭杆轴与扭臂之间为过盈配合连
接。扭杆轴两端与橡胶衬套之间为转动副连接。橡胶衬套
安装在联系枕梁的座孔内。连杆组成两端均安装关节轴承
,上端通过销轴与扭臂连接,下端通过销轴与转向架连接。
An Anti-roll bar device is made up of a torsion bar, torsion arms,
levers, rubber bushing and so on.The torsion bar and the arms are linked
by spline or expansion fitting.The two ends of the torsion bar are fitted
onto self-lubricative bearings of the hangers, which make the torsion bar
running flexible. The hanger assemblies are with rubber buffers which
prevent the torsion bar from axile movement.The two ends of links are
both fixed with spherical bearings or elastic nodes so as to prevent the
transfer of high-frequency shaking to the bodywork.The upper end of the
link is connected with bodywork seat by pin and the lower end is
connected with the lever by pin.The hanger assemblies are connected
with the bogie.

6. 三、抗侧滚扭杆的工作原理
FUNCTIONARY THEORY OF ANTI-ROLL BARS
铁路高速、准高速客车转向架中央悬挂装置基本上都采用橡胶
空气弹簧悬挂装置。空气弹簧的运用,极大地改善了车辆的垂向
振动性能,但同时也出现了车体侧滚振动的角刚度随之变得相对
柔软。因此,在运行中车辆车体侧滚角位移增大,尤其当车辆通
过道岔和曲线时,呈现车体侧滚角度大、晃动次数多,使旅客感
到不舒适。为了确保车体具有良好振动性能,在转向架中央悬挂
装置中间(无摇动台转向架和车体间)设置抗侧滚扭杆装置。
Most of the center suspension devices of high speed car bogies adopt
air-springs .The use of air-springs has greatly improved the
performance of vertical shaking,but at the same time the angle
stiffness of bodywork’ shaking becomes lower .Thereby when the
angle displacement increases, especially when the vehicle crosses
through a turnoff or a curve ,the bodywork’s roll angle increases and
shakes more times ,these all make the passengers uncomfortable .To
decrease shaking of bodywork, we set anti-roll bars to the center
suspension device of the bogie.
12. 四、抗侧滚扭杆的特点 TRAITS OF ANTI-ROLL
BARS
抗侧滚扭杆装置的作用特征,确定它应设置在空气
弹簧(中央弹簧)的上下支承部分之间。有联系枕梁的
CRH3 型动车组,抗侧滚扭杆设置在联系枕梁与构架之
间(图 5 );无摇动台但是采用旁承支重的 SW-160 型
转向架设置在摇枕与构架间; CW-200K 型转向架无心
盘,无摇动台装置,抗侧滚扭杆设置在车体与构架之间。
Due to the trait of anti-roll bar ,it should be fixed between the
bearings of center spring. For 209HS and CW-2 with vibration
desk, it should be fixed between bolster and support plate of
spring. For 206PK and SW-160 without bolster but with side plate
supporting , the bogie is fixed between bolster and truss for CW-
200K ,without bogie centre plate or bolster ,the anti-roll bar is fixed
between bodywork and truss.

14. 虽然各种抗侧滚扭杆组成安装位置有所不同,但都有相同的
主要性能要求: Although diversified anti-roll bars have
different fixing positions, they have the same major
performance requirements:
1 、应有适宜的抗侧滚扭转刚度。
They should have appropriate anti-roll torsion stiffness.
2 、应具有能适应空气弹簧上下支承两个部分间相对运动的
随动性。
They should have agile movement between bearings of
air-springs.
3 、在垂向、横向、纵向的三个方向,应均尽量减少对中央
悬挂装置的刚度的影响。
In the directions of vertical, horizontal and longitudinal,
They can reduce the influence on stiffness of the center
suspension.
4 、应注意防止高频振动向车体部位的传递。
They should prevent the transferring of high-frequency
shaking to the bodywork .

由于抗侧滚扭杆的重要性,我公司在它的设计、生产制造、检验及过
程控制中都严格按 IRIS 质量体系进行,确保产品质量。各种扭杆组成,在
最终定型前都经过了各项严格的型式试验及性能试验,产品的各项性能必
需符合技术要求。
为确保持续稳定的生产高质量的产品,公司在硬件设备上有大量的投
资,产品开发全部采用三维 CAD 辅助设计软件。实验室及质量检验拥有
较完善的检测、检验、试验设备,包括橡胶硫化仪,电子万能试验机, 30
吨电液伺服疲劳试验机,碳硫分析仪,晶相显微镜等先进检测设备,这些
设备能完全满足所承担生产及研发任务的质量控制需要。
Because of the importance of the anti-roll bars, our company strictly controls
it’s materials ,production and tests according to ISO9001-2000. All kinds of
anti-roll bars have been type- tested and performance- tested and all of
performance must satisfy the technical specification.
To ensure products with good quality continually, our company invests greatly
and adopts auto-CAD assistant design system. The lab and QA department own
self-contained equipments , including vulcanization test equipment ,30t fatigue
test equipment and dynamic test equipment carbon and sulfur analyzer,
microscope and so on . The test facilities can satisfy the needs of exploitation
and ensure the good quality of products.

The anti roll bars of our company are widely used by
