I have a strong focus on value creation, and coined the term: USE=VALUE when I was head of digitization at the Danish Broadcasting Corporations (DR). A large digitization project where we successfully managed to digitize more than 420.000 hours of AV-content with a modest 10 million € budget. I have a strategic mindset and for some radical approach, and have managed through my work in DR to change the marked prices for both DAT and 16mm film to new and almost unimaginable levels!
