2. Mission Statement
In a culture that encourages self promotion and self-
indulgence, we believe that caring for others is a
calling of highest priority. We seek to serve our clients
with love. Truly loving others means that we see
beyond the physical needs that we may be meeting
and care about the needs we can't see with our eyes.
We know that if we are sustaining this level of
commitment to service, true success is achieved.
3. LIFE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Our business is designed to help our clients achieve the
lifestyle they desire. We customize our services to fit the
needs of our clients because there is no "one size fits all"
brand of living. Since we offer a variety of services, we
can help you handle the process with grace from start to
finish...and beyond.
Rent A Wife is a specialty niche that will handle day to day
tasks like shopping/bank/errands, organizing spaces, small
repairs, party prep, house/pet sitting, etc. We can also
project manage a larger endeavor, such as a move or
remodel. Rent A Wife is a versatile company which is why
it is the primary component of R Life Enterprises!
4. I want to thank my 11 year old daughter for helping me
put together this slide show video. This may not be
exactly what is expected for One Spark, but my movie
contract is still in negotiations! However, I do have
some wonderful before and after shots from a few
projects. Some were total redo from floor to paint to
new comforter. Another is an unpacking/move
in…you can tell that one by the boxes. The others are
just chaos turned into bliss. Enjoy!
12. ONE SPARK AGENDA
BEING A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER IS AMAZING! I love
being the one to make things happen; good or bad! The
only problem with being a one woman band is that no one
person can do all things…or do them well. I have that
problem that all businesses have at some point: expansion
is necessary, but the cash flow won’t support it. Bigger
jobs/more jobs are better for cash flow, but I can’t do that
without help or marketing. Both of those cost money,
which I can’t really get without the bigger jobs. And we are
passing that same tree around that same mountain…again.
Participating in One Spark will help with the marketing for
a few days. I pray that it will also help with the cash flow
shortage. It would be nice to provide some more
permanent jobs for the community! Everybody wins!
13. Tina Finical Mayer has been in the service industry for over
20 years. She began as a Certified Professional Nanny in 1989 and
that has transitioned into personal assistance and organization
services over the course of her career…and the birth of her
daughter…which changed everything!
In 2006, she began the pursuit to become a Certified Family Court
Mediator. She had a desire to help families during a time of
crisis. She soon discovered that helping to facilitate the
disintegration of a family or marriage wasn't quite the right fit. She
strongly felt that her mediation skills should help build people up
and strengthen relationships. This belief complimented her
passion to mentor individuals who may be struggling in some
area. It is her understanding that people are "the sum of all their
parts" that has culminated in a life coaching career. That is when
her true calling began to take shape!
Utilizing all her skills, she will help individuals and families grow in
all aspects of life. Whether it is changing the physical
environment, developing new personal habits, or reaching to new
levels of personal and spiritual growth, people need to address all
aspects of their being to achieve a real sense of wholeness and
peace.
R Life Enterprises is the combination of her Christian principles,
experience, training, and work ethic into a business that endeavors
to serve with a high level of compassion, but grounded with a
healthy respect for the truth in each situation.
* Tina earned a degree from Randolph Macon Women's College
with a double major in philosophy and religion. She currently
serves as a volunteer mediator for the State Attorney’s Dispute
Resolution Program.
