Currently working for Telesis Corporation at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD as the Lead to a 6 man HBSS team.
Working primarily as a Site Administrator on 14 Tactical ePO’s Servers located around the world where we monitor
and enforce security compliancy, identifies, isolates and resolves issues with systems and peripheral devices
(Phones/Printers/Fax Machines). Mr. Gardner builds structures inside of the servers to help with managing
thousands of ARMY Program of Record (POR) systems. He is responsible for ensuring the Security System does
not interfere with the performance of POR systems. He constantly conducts maintenance on the ePO servers to
ensure correct policies are adjusted and applied and systems remain functional. When anomalies are identified, he
is on a 24/7 on-call work schedule to restore the systems functionality. Mr. Gardner uses his extensive knowledge
with operating and database systems in order to work closely with Field Technicians to gather all information
