“You are what you eat”. Gourmet Bounty is a collection of
extensive involvements with gourmet products, import and menu
formulation for restaurants, hotels and in school course curricula.

Involved from conceptualization, recipes, packaging, demonstrations and marketing.

24. United Nations Economic Development Project designed to promote regions
Campania, Calabria, City of Naples and the Pompeii Archaeological Site.
Fully participated in planning, logistics and execution of a widely bespoken
exhibition of artifacts from Pompeii showcasing their culinary traditions
from Antiquity in 2009.
The Collection, entitled “Pompeii to Boards” was co-initiated by the City of
Hässlehom and Sweden Hotels among other sponsors.
As delegation member, followed a fact-finding familiarization tour to Naples,
Pompeii and both regions to secure key partners to support the exhibit.
I was charged with sourcing and importation of gourmet products & wines
from a wide range of purveyors from these dynamic regions.
End use of these unique gastronomic supplies was earmarked for regular
(and continuous) insertion to events and cross-promotions involving the
Inaugural Dinner Gala, regular lectures & spinoff events in venues such as
themed restaurant/ Café and retail shop – throughout the 9 month exhibit.
