3. Listen to emails and use voice control

You probably know that you can add other people's calendars to your Outlook App,
but you can also add calendars related to outside work activities such as sport, tv,
etc
10. Do Not Disturb!
Although Outlook is about getting things done it can also be a distraction.
To mute your Outlook notifications without affecting other mobile
applications go to your mobile settings and select Outlook.
