This document outlines an accelerated education program that allows students to complete a 4-year undergraduate teaching degree in 4 years by incorporating 2 years of student teaching. It proposes assigning each student an education coach who will mentor and monitor the student's progress throughout their academic and student teaching experience, assisting with scheduling online courses and providing daily communication during student teaching. The program aims to provide students with intensive hands-on teaching experience and support through regular meetings with their coach and other teachers.
