2. WIE EINREICHEN?
Du kannst bei WHAAAT als Label ein Song-Bundle einreichen und deine Master Rechte an WHAAAT abgeben, um diese in
einer Crowdfunding Runde zu Geld zu machen (Sub-Labelvertrag). Es sind Einreichungen aller Genres innerhalb der U-
Musik willkommen. Es können sowohl unveröffentlichte als auch veröffentlichte Songs eingereicht werden.
Die WHAAAT Jury sondiert laufend die Einreichungen. Bitte gib uns etwas Zeit um dir Feedback auf deine Einreichung zu
geben.
Das Entscheidungsprinzip basiert auf Fairness gegenüber allen involvierten Parteien. Das bedeutet, dass die Chance
evaluiert wird, mit dem eingereichten Song-Bundle und den daraus übertragenen Rechten die Funding Summe innerhalb
der Vertragslaufzeit einzuspielen.
WHAAAT schließt mit dir als Label einen Vertrag. Die entsprechenden Rechte der Songs werden so an WHAAAT übertragen
und den Investoren angeboten.
Das Finanzierungsziel und der Starttermin der Kampagne werden festgelegt. Nun können Fans und Investoren in deine
Songs investieren und am späteren Erfolg teilhaben.
Das Finanzierungsziel wird erreicht. Die Funding Summe wird mit der Veröffentlichung der Titel abzgl. der Fee an dich
ausbezahlt und du kannst mit diesem Budget arbeiten. No strings attached!

Finanzierungsphase beträgt min. 30 Tage. Mehr dazu in unseren AGB.
Der Einreicher erhält die Finanzierungssumme abzüglich der Fee nach Veröffentlichung der Songs.
Die relevanten Tantiemen, die durch die Vertriebsgesellschaften an WHAAAT ausbezahlt werden, werden
im ausgewiesenen Vertragszeitraum anteilig an den Submitter und die Investoren ausbezahlt.
