24. Territory Assignment to Leads (GA)
Previously, only Accounts and Opportunities could directly be assigned to territories. Now,
you can assign Leads to one or multiple territories. This gives you a new way to measure
the potential of territories based on lead volume, and increase collaboration between
sales and marketing teams, without the need for complicating lead sharing rules.
25. Use custom amount or quantity fields
Rollup custom number and currency fields to make sure your key pipeline metrics reflect
the way you do business. Now admins can specify the most important measures used by
their org, and end users can create their own saved views for the different ways they
inspect their deals.
26. Previously, the standard Amount
field wasn’t inline editable on
opportunity list views. Now you
can inline edit the Amount field
in Pipeline Inspection, for deals
without opportunity line items
attached.
27. Reps can now manage all tasks from a
single window, with improved usability
including custom labeling, drag and
drop, and panel interactivity.
The To do list is aimed to make reps
more productive by:
●viewing and managing everything you
have to do in one place
●prioritizing your day, quickly viewing the
most relevant tasks
●taking action with just the right
information, always up to date
