In this workshop we will be looking at a number of Google Apps For Education products and how they can be used in a collaborative, academic setting. This is a make it take it workshop, therefore we ask for you to bring your laptop as you will be able to work on projects that you will be able to take to use in your educational work setting. This workshop is targeted towards Library Media Teachers, the pace is for Google Apps beginners. Topics covered include organizing your gmail, calendar, contacts,working with Drive & Docs, safe search techniques, advanced search techniques, and mini-activities designed to encourage student & teacher search skills.
