The 7 Traps Women Who Feel Stuck Fall Into!
 Ask Your Mother / Brother / Significant Other for Advice
So when did you learn your mother, brother, or any significant other,
knows a whole lot better than you about what’s in your best interests? As
much as they might love you, they have their own agenda about who you
should be and what you should be doing. Simple choice; do you want to
please them or please yourself?
Learning how to listen to your own Inner Wisdom, and your own inner
agenda, is one of the treasures you can reap from being stuck.
 It Must Be My Fault I’m Stuck!
And...”There’s something wrong with me, and/or bad, and and/or useless,
and/or not good enough because everyone else is fine, aren’t they? It just
has to be me.” This only make you feel worse. Where’s the nearest hole to
crawl into?
Your thoughts are oh so not true! Some other people might look ‘fine’. But
they’ll be paddling like mad under the water while covering up the pain of
their own stuckness. Just like you...
Stop beating yourself up. You’re just growing. Stuck is the new GO!

 Move house-Switch Jobs-Swap Lovers
If I change things outside myself it will all get better! So you move house
or switch jobs or swop your lover / partner / husband for another model.
Guess what? It might work to relieve your stuck feelings for a few weeks,
a few months or even longer. Then... BAM! You’re back in the same old
same old place again.
You don’t have to turn your external life upside down. Working through
stuck is always but always an inside job.
 Have A Drink To Relax Yourself
No no no no no no NO!!!
Feeling stuck generates the not good kind of stress. And prolonged not
good type of stress can eventually lead to diagnosable depression. A
disconnect from your Passion big time! So, if you want to hasten your
slide down that particular very slippery slope, go ahead and have a drink.
You’re right, alcohol is a relaxant. But, far more dangerously, it’s also a
depressant. Ever witnessed a morose drunk?
Much much better is to use your stuckness to learn how to connect with
who you really are. Why not get intoxicated instead by the magnificent
spirit of your inner and authentic you!

 Think You Don’t Have A Choice
Feeling stuck can close your world down wonderfully. And, while you’re
busy in the experience of stuckness, your Passion is tied up by going
round and round in circles. So you feel as if you are trapped... no choice!
Feeling stuck keeps up the status quo. It keeps what’s familiar wittering
on, even if you’re bored with it. It keeps you safe from the unknown and
fear of the unknown beyond you feeling stuck. How clever is that?
So, make the choice to embrace your stuckness. Then prepare to be
surprised and delighted by what happens next...
 Fight Your Stuckness
You go into battle mode. You read and use positive thoughts to counter
your feelings. You read self help books, listen to hypnosis tapes, and
learn how to ‘fake it until you make it’. OR you ignore your stuckness
which is just another kind of fighting strategy anyway. While you win a few
battles you don’t win the war.
This is S T U C K, woman! It’s not there for no good reason but for your
awesome personal and professional development.
Negotiate a truce. Accept your feeling stuck as an evolutionary rebellion
about what in your life you’ve grown out of and won’t tolerate any more!

 You Forget Your Magnificence
Yeah yeah, I can hear you now... Who me?
Yeah... YOU!
You didn’t come into the world stuck. You came into this world as a
magnificent being equipped to be the most loving, humane and creative
creature you could be. Look into a newborn baby’s eyes and tell me you
don’t get a sense of that magnificence.
Then life hits and most, if not all, of us get trained out of our
magnificence. You don’t experience it any more although it’s always there
as potential within you. Problem is, goldarnit!, you hid your magnificence
so well to keep it safe, now you’ve forgotten where you put it.
The great news is feeling stuck holds the golden key to remembering. So,
however bored, frustrated, low, down and de-motivated you feel, always
but always, remember...
Your Magnificence and Passion
are just a hair’s breadth away!
