with The Overture Group, playing a leading

need, Brandi is a seasoned professional
with more than a decade of executive
search experience.
Successfully completing over 150 positions
in the Midwest, Brandi is known for her “can
do” attitude and direct style of recruiting.
She is an active member of Daybreak Rotary
and is involved in the United Way. Brandi
is also a 2009 Leadership of Five Seasons

Bob Lindeman is a Managing Director of
The Overture Group. For more than 25 years,
Bob was a Partner and Managing Director at
the fifth largest accounting and consulting
firm in the Unites States, which focused on
middle market companies. Bob consulted on
executive- and management-level searches,
ownership and management succession plan
development and transition planning, financial
and strategic planning, operational and process
improvement, sales force compensation,
annual and long-term incentive plans and
organizational and succession planning.
Bob currently serves on three privately-held
company boards as well as the board
of directors for Catholic Charities. He has
also served on the Executive Committee of
the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants (AICPA) and a past member of the
board of directors of McGladrey and Pullen, a
national accounting firm. Bob is a member of
the Society for Human Resource Management,

John Liacone is a Managing Director with
The Overture Group. He has decades of
experience providing executive search, interim
staffing, human resources management and

John started his career more than 25 years
ago in the financial industry as a Manager/
Director of Information Technologies. John
has worked in various talent management
environments including corporate recruiting,
consulting, contingency, executive retained
search/interim staffing, career transition
services and as a Human Resources Manager.
Prior to co-founding The Overture Group
in 2010, he was a Director with the fifth
largest accounting and consulting firm in the
United States.
John earned a BS degree in Information
Technology with a secondary focus on Business
Law/Accounting from Northeastern Illinois
University in Chicago. He has completed
graduate studies in Business Administration
at Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois.
John is an active member of both the Human
Resources Management Association of Greater
Chicago and the Society of Human Resource
Management. He also volunteers and is the
sponsor/founder of the CFO Leadership Group
in the greater Chicago area. John sits on the
