• Indication
• Congenital cataract
• Traumatic cataract ที่มี vitreous หลุดออกมาหน้าเลนส์

hypermature cataract
• Malignant glaucoma
• Retinopathy of prematurity
• Persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous

12. Femtosecond Laser
• ทาหน้าที่แทนใบมีดในการเปิดแผลที่
กระจกตาและเปิดถุงหุ้มเลนส์ตา
• แผลยังมีความเรียบและสมานตัวได้ดีกว่า
• การผ่าตัดจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 20-30 นาที
• ข้อจากัด
• ไม่เหมาะกับต้อกระจกที่สุกมากเกินไป
• ผู้ที่มีความขุ่นของกระจกตาหรือการอักเสบ
ในตา
• ค่าใช้จ่ายสูง
