Introduction:
Tsoelopele Catering and Florist Company is a Black Empowerment
company establish in 2001. Fully owned by Thandi Ncube. Aimed to
contribute to the economy of the country, and minimize
unemployment and poverty in our communities, providing service
excellence.
Core function:
Tsoelopele company offers catering, decoration and florist services
to the community, private company`s and government entities. A
need was recognized to start such services to meet the needs of the
community and company`s and to create memorable events. We
cater for weddings, year- end functions, workshop, conferences,
sport events, birthday parties, anniversaries, church conference`s,
outreached programmed. We do wedding flowers, wreath`s and
fruit basket, pa-system, projectors. Our motto (WE DO IT RIGHT
THE FIRST TIME)
We have come to understand that lead time is of utter most
important value to the customer, and a guide for their planning.
2. We practice good hygienic measure in food preparation and
personal hygiene.
We have a customer resolution plan in place, when complains arise.
Target Market:
In the past ten (14) years we have successfully catered for all the
Government Departments, Corporate, Community, Sports events
and Churches. The service provided is of such standards that we
come highly recommended for future available jobs. We recently
service Ekurhuleni Metro for their Art & Poetry Award on two
occasion and Presidential Elderly person`s lunch. We have
successfully serviced the Johannesburg, Ekurhuleni and Tshwane.

3. Management Structure:
I, Thandi Ncube, MD of Tsoelopele Catering had an opportunity to be
trained by SA Chef and HTA culinary school on food preparation,
Maintaining Personal Hygienic and food storage. I have acquired
skills in Proficiency in Professional Cookery, a Certificate in business
management. I have also obtained Certificate in Microsoft, Office,
Power Point and Word. The program was sponsored by Tiger Brand
in conjunction with IED Business Support Solution. I am a member
of C.A.A.S.A. (member No:0219),SACA.
Resources:
We have the necessary resources to complete our task, and a bank
overdraft is been put in place for future contracts. In the past (14)
years, we have grown the company with the minimal capital, to a
business that has an annual turnover of over R100000,.00
Objective:
The Company’s long-term objectives as a Black Economic
Empowerment company are to build a sustainable business and to
provide job creation for the community.
In these 14 years of service, Tsoelopele Catering have achieved all
4. his objective and we are a still thriving. The company operates from
a professional kitchen and run a canteen and catering from there.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the required catering
equipments such as electrical appliance`s, crockery, linen, cutlery,
glass ware, food warmers etc. We have 2 company vehicles to
complete our task.
