THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 15th

ROBERT THOMPSON and GLENDA THOMPSON, Husband and Wife of the County of Conway, State of
Arkansas, residing at 125 W. Markham Street, City of Little Rock, hereunto called the grantors, and
RODNEY THOMPSON and SAMANTHA THOMPSON, Husband and Wife, of the County of Washington,
State of Arkansas, residingat8083 N.BridgeportDrive,Cityof Fayetteville, hereuntocalledthe grantees;
WITNESSETH, that saidgrantors,for and inconsiderationof the sumof TenDollars($10.00), and other
good and valuable consideration to the grantors in hand paid by the grantees, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and
confirmunto the grantees,and granteesheirsandassignsforever, all that land situate,andlieinginand
being in the County of Conway, State of Arkansas, to wit:
The North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast ¼ of Section 8 North, Range 15 West of the
County of Conway, State of Arkansas, containing 20 acres, more or less.
SUBJECT TO easements, restrictions, and limitations of record and taxes for the current year and
Subsequent years.
TOGETHER, with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in otherwise
appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
ANDthe grantorsherebycovenantwithsaidgranteesthat the grantorsare lawfullyseizedof saidland
infee simple;thattheyhave good,rightandlawfulauthoritytosellandconveysaidland;thattheyhereby
fully warrantthe title tosaidlandandwill defendthesameagainstthelawfulclaimsof allpersonsclaiming
by, through, or under the said grantors with the exceptions of the encumbrances of grantors’
predecessors.
