1. Review Project Work Statement (PWS), Statement of Work (SOW), Contracts, Codes, Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP’s), Military Regulations and any other technical data packages and directives to identify
the specification requirements which the contractor's processes must meet and ensure contractor and sub-
contractor compliance through internal audits/surveillance.
Establish and maintain communications with company management, Electrical Leadership and QA
personnel to ensure understanding exists for acceptable quality evidence for performance of key process
proofing/measurement and analysis through administration of performance requirements validation in line
with customer specifications while maintaining strict compliance with QAQC procedures and higher level
quality contract requirements.
Assume accountability in overseeing the implementation of the Quality Electrical Support Team Program
by assuming control of overall electrical maintenance, repair, and construction support such as conducting
inspection and testing of electrical distribution systems, Grounding & Bonding, and troubleshooting.
Develop and implement a surveillance plan which begins with clear objectives supported by a master
schedule that includes identification of contractor and sub-contractor needs.
Performs as a functional specialist/subject matter expert and is responsible for identifying, understanding,
proofing, measuring, and analyzing company production process capability and for promoting continuous
improvement.
Provide hands-on support to managers, supervisors, and leads on internal and customer corrective action
reporting and assist in planning/presenting quality training; overseeing training facilities, equipment,
materials, and schedules.
Collect, analyze and interpret data at selected performance measurement points to aid in determining the
capability, including strengths and weaknesses, of any given process or sub-process.
Display competency in identifying life, health, and safety (LHS) issues as well as circuit fault repair on
electrical systems with corrective actions.
Collaborate with Safety team and Fire Department, as well as external teams including DCMA and Task
Force Power on inspections and documenting safe work practices.
Provides technical support to all other QAQC and QEST team members, assisting in the analysis of contract
related issues to determine the best course of action to support the contractor and customers.
