Having over 15 years working with people is a passion that is a part of my being. Every one must start somewhere and learn from experience, just because a person goes to school doesn't always mean common sense is included with their mannerisms. It is rather a cliche if you ask me. I have worked with people who have college degrees and had to pick up the slack behind them.
