My goal is to facilitate and serve. I can make the jobs of people I serve easier by developing new processes, policies or strategies. Improvement, continuous improvement and excellence of systems and processes is my goal whether in education, manufacturing, managing a project or installing new technology. I have done all of these things and more and in each instance I have been able to markedly contribute so that costs are reduced, systems work better and people are assisted in doing a better job.
