My primary responsibilities are building client relationships throughout my
work day. I talk with clients on the street as well as business owners in
Center City. In addition, I build client relationships with the outreach clients
while helping them get the services they need.
Security Guard (08/2000 – 09/2002)

As a security guard I patrolled the Philadelphia Museum of Art. I had many
interactions with the clients of Philadelphia and the and built many
relationships before I left the company.
Manager (02/1995 – 08/2000)
Kentucky Fried Chicken, Philadelphia
Began as a cook and moved up to store manager. As a manger, I was
responsible operational tasks, such as scheduling, inventory, audits, and
deposits.
2. LEADERSHIP
My leadership skills are an asset to any company. I am a volunteer
firefighter in Delaware County. I have held the positions of Past Chief
Engineer and Past Captain, and currently a member of the Board of
Directors. As a Lieutenant, I establish relationships with the community by
performing fire inspections and training in fire safety. My leadership skills
have led me to join the United States Coast Guard Aux unit for the
Delaware Valley area. In this position, I am learning to become a boat
crewmen who build client contacts and teach boating safety.
I am also a member of the Delaware County Technical Rescue
taskforce team. The team is responsible for search and rescue during a
disaster.
My experience as a leader began as a Boy Scout. I earned the rank of
Eagle Scout in Philadelphia 1997. The organization taught me how
become a leaderand how to use my skills in life.
