Our name says it all: It’s simple to live healthy. This means health is in the hands of the individual; therefore, we’ve designed our programs to equip participants to combat preventable disease. Living healthy is simple, but there’s no quick fix! It all boils down to changing two simple behaviors: the way you eat and the way you move. Unfortunately, with so much information out there, it can be hard to figure out where to start. Simple. Live Healthy digests the research and medical jargon and presents it to the average person in a way that’s easy to understand to prevent/control chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, obesity, and cancer.
