• This car uses the photovoltaic panel that
changes the solar energy to electric
charge.
• Solar cell are also called photovoltaic
cell(pv cell) and can be found on many
small appliances such as calculator and
toys.
• It occurs when the semiconductor material
in the panel change the solar energy to
electrical energy.
• The panel will undergo a chemical
reactions that will change the sunlight into
electron.
• This electron will rotate the motor and the
wheels and make the car move

1. DONWNFORCE
Inverted wings to force the car down onto
the rack, increasing traction.
2. BERNOULLI’S PRINCIPLE
The lift generated by a wing is based on the
principle that the pressure in a fluid decreases
as its velocity increases (Bernoulli’s Principle).
By creating just enough lift the car will be
lighter as it moves, hence better chances in
producing better speeds.

pulleys, or some other method of drive, to get power to the
wheels.
