of which there seem to be no previous
example.

3.  A panel of carefully selected experts are
invited to participate in the process.
 Then a questionnaire is designed and
distributed to the panel.
 The group of experts respond to the
questionnaire, but individually.
 The response is summarised in a feedack
report. But the report is given by an
unknown individual.
 The feedback and another set of questions
are given to the panellists.

4.  Then the panellists read the feedback and
the they decide if they which to change an
idea. If not they can complete the second
questionnaire.
 Then a final summary and feedback report is
prepared.
 This method is used to avoid the situation
where a group votes according to the most
persuasive, confident person in the group.

6.  This technique is used to avoid the
disadvantages of group discussions.

7.  The group is divided into a group of five to
six people.
 The problem is defined clearly.
 Each individual brainstorms as many ideas as
possible.
 One by one they then gives one of their
solution then someone writes all their ideas.
 Then everyone gives a second solution, until
all possible solutions are recoded. No one is
allowed to criticise.
 Each person reads the suggestions and they
rate each solution.

8.  Ratings are allocated and the points are
calculated.
 Results are given back to each group.
 Presentation occurs.

9.  Most ideas come from remixing ideas.

10.  in groups, were the problem is defined.
 Brainstorm keywords to do with the problem.
 Write the keywords one a small paper and
stick them on the wall.
 Combining the ideas and trying to come up
with new ideas.
 They need to be adventurous in how ideas
are combined.
 Select the best ideas and use them to create
a strategy.
