Are you a staff person at a nonprofit, library, foundation, or church where you don't have dedicated IT staff to help you solve your day-to-day computer woes? Even if you officially wear a different hat but you're the first line of defense for IT problems with the PCs at your organization, watch this webinar where we cover the basics of troubleshooting problems with your computers and provide you with some tips on preventing and solving issues before calling in outside (expensive) help!
Join TechSoup and InterConnection.org for some practical troubleshooting basics geared toward non-technical staff to help you get computers up and running again - and at least communicate better about the problems with contract or hourly IT support when needed.

Not only does TechSoup have a large catalog of software, but we also offer many hardware options as well.
The best way to explore your hardware options at TechSoup is to visit our “Hardware Favorites” page. The URL is pretty simple to remember and I’ve listed it on this slide. You’ll see our newest products at the top and our most requested laptops, desktops, accessories, and more. http://www.techsoup.org/hardware
Your library can save up to 45 percent on Dell products, including laptops, desktops, servers, printers, and more.
Employees and volunteers at your organization can also save on their own Dell purchases. They can save on Dell laptops, desktops, TVs, gaming systems, accessories, and more.
The Microsoft donation program is really the hallmark for TechSoup and what we’re most well-known for. You can get donated versions of Microsoft Windows, Office, Office 365, and Windows Server for your public library.
You can upgrade your public access computers to Windows 7, 8, or 10 through TechSoup for $15/license. I also wanted to mention that if your computer is already running Windows 7 or 8, you can get a free upgrade to certain editions of Windows 10 directly through Microsoft until July 29, but not the Enterprise version of Windows 10. You can get that through TechSoup. http://forums.techsoup.org/cs/community/b/tsblog/archive/2015/07/29/get-windows-10-for-your-organization.aspx
You can also get Microsoft Office Standard and Professional Plus through TechSoup as well as Office for Mac. And finally, you can get donated versions of Windows Server software through TechSoup as well.
There are a few different ways you can look for products on TechSoup.org. You can search by keyword or use our browse dropdown menu.
And finally, you can browse by solution, like mobile, web design, accounting, and more.
