Management in the classroom
1. Management in the Classroom
• Know what you don’t want
• Know what you want
2. When you get something other than
what you expect from your students
act quickly and appropriately
3. • CLASSROOM ARRANGEMENT
• While good classroom arrangement is not a
guarantee of good behavior, poor planning in
this area can create conditions that lead to
problems.
• The teacher must be able to observe all
students at all times and to monitor work and
behavior. The teacher should also be able to
see the door from his or her desk.
4. Students must be held accountable for
their work. This will decide their
direction in life
6. Effective and inevective praise
• Effect praise Is given for effort ,progress and or
accomplishment. And is genuine .
• Ineffective praise is based on comparison to
other students without regard for effort.
