Chemical, Biological, and Radiological Attacks
This week's Discussion will focus on chemical, biological, and radiological attack issues and the formulation of a threat assessment.
Based upon the chemical, biological, and radiological weapons portion of the readings, list at least two (2) problems first responder personnel would encounter in responding to any type of attack which would fit this particular category. Additionally, list what steps can (or have) been taken to address the problems you have identified.

England and the IRA
Discuss the conflict between England and the IRA and any similarities to terrorism in the Middle East. Explain what the IRA is. What is the fight between England and the IRA about? Is the battle primarily one that is religious, political, or both? Explain. Compare and contrast that conflict to the Middle Eastern situation.
