It is important to keep your BIG vision in mind as you think about the strategic decisions that needs to be made; that includes what TARGET you’ve identified to move you forward and what tactics will help you move your TARGET toward a short, medium or long term goal.
This area of restorative tactics may be especially important to have a LONG TERM VISION – it may be decades or generations before people are held accountable for abuses that have taken place. Preparing for this eventuality can be critical for obtaining acknowledgement, justice or even compensation.
