2. INTRODUCTION
Tauros Media’s Magento-Robokassa module is developed for webshop owners who have a Magento
webshop and want to use Robokassa as a payment method in their shops.
Our module is very easy to install and use, even in multi-store Magento setups.
Roboxchange.com is one of the first and largest instant e-currency exchanger in the world.
- Supports irrevocable transactions in all major electronic currency payment systems.
- Converts Webmoney and work with other online currencies.
- They have processed over 1.500 000 exchanges successfully since their foundation in 2002 and have
been a member of GDCA (Global Digital Currency Association) since 2004.
- Offers a beneficial affiliate program that allows webmasters to earn up to 10% of their profit (more info
at biz.roboxchange.com).
- Merchant Service, located at Robokassa.ru, allows online merchants to accept ecurrency payments
from all of the major systems with ease.

3. PACKAGE
The package contains:
3.1. Magento-Robokassa module.
3.2. Module installation and user manual.
4. REQUIREMENTS
4.1. Magento webshop (Magento CE 1.5.X and above).
4.2. Valid merchant account at Robokassa.
4.3. Working knowledge of Magento backend.
4.4. Cpanel/server access.
4.5. An Up-to-date Test environment (separate from but exact copy of your live setup)*.

4.6. Ioncube should be installed on your live as well as test server. You can get the appropriate version
for your server from: http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php
* As suggested by Magento, new extensions/modules should never be directly installed on live setup.
Always try on a Test setup first. Also, it is a good practice to make backups of both Magento and the
database before installing any extension.
5. INSTALLATION
5.1. Download and unzip the Magento-Robokassa module directory.
5.2. Open the /Magento-Robokassa-Module folder, here you can see the /app folder. This folder contains
the module.
5.3. Upload the ‘app’ folder to your Magento shop directory using your favorite FTP client.
This will not overwrite any files from your app folder.
On some systems if you get a prompt asking whether to overwrite the folder, please select merge
instead
5.4. Now log in to your Magento backend.
Go to System > Cache management
5.5. Click ‘Select All’. Select ‘Refresh all’ from the ‘Actions’ drop-down menu and click ‘Submit’.

Refresh the ‘Cache’ irrespective of them being enabled or disabled.
5.6. Log out of the admin panel and login again.
Now all you have to do is configure the module with the right details.
6. MAGENTO CONFIGURATION
6.1. Go to Admin panel > System > Configuration.
6.2. Once on this page, click on ‘Sales > Payment methods’ section in the left column.

6.3. You will find ‘Robokassa’ listed as a payment method as shown below
6.4. Field description
- Enabled: You can enable or disable the Robokassa payment methods from here.

- New order status: You can set the status of the new orders from here. Default value is ‘Pending’.
- Test mode: You can enable or disable the test mode from here.
- Title: You can type in the text that you want to display on the frontend during checkout.
ex: Robokassa – You will be redirected to a secure Robokassa payment page.
- Your currency: Fill in the currency that you want all the prices to be converted to.
- Merchant id: This is your Robokassa merchant account id.
- Merchant password: Fill in your Robokassa merchant account password here.
6.5. Once you fill in all required details, click on ‘Save Config’ button present in top right corner of the
page.
Your Magento configuration is done.
6.6. The Robokassa payment method will show up in your Checkout > Payment information section.
Note: ‘Your currency’ value has to match with the ‘Base currency’ of your webshop.
The module will not work if ‘Your currency’ value is different than the base currency of the shop.
To know your base currency go to System > Configuration > General > Currency setup > Base currency.
So for example if your base currency is United States dollars then ‘Your currency’ value should be ‘USD’.
If your base currency is set as ‘Euro’ then ‘Your currency’ should be ‘EUR’.
Note: Test mode is available only for merchant accounts which have not been activated by Robokassa.

7. ROBOKASSA CONFIGURATION
At this point we assume that you already have opened a Robokassa merchant account and configured it
with your personal details and other required information.
You can manage your details from ‘Registration tab’ in Robokassa interface.
You have to now configure your Robokassa account to interact with your webshop.
7.1. Login to your Robokassa merchant account

7.2. Go to ‘Administration’ tab to configure it.
7.3. Fill in all fields as shown above.
Password #1:[used during payment initialization procedure]: Use your account password.
Password #2:[used by payment notification interface, XML interfaces]: Use your account password.

Result URL:[used for payment notification, e-mail should be entered if notification method is set to e-
mail]: Fill in your email id here.
Success url: http://[www.yoursite.com]/robokassa/checkout/success
Failure url: http://[www.yoursite.com]/robokassa/checkout/failure
7.4. Click on ‘Ok’ to save.
You are now ready to offer Robokassa as a payment method to your webshop’s customers.

9. FAQ
1. CAN I USE THE MODULE IN TEST MODE?
Yes, you can try the module first in test mode and then disable test mode while going live.
Note that Robokassa test server is available only for new merchants which have not been activated.
So you won’t be able to use the test mode once you get your account activated.
2. DO I NEED AN ACTIVATED ROBOKASSA ACCOUNT TO RECEIVE PAYMENTS?
Ans. Yes, contact Robokassa to get your merchant account activated.
3. WILL MY CUSTOMERS GET REDIRECTED TO ANY OTHER SITE FOR PAYMENT?
Yes, customers will be sent to a secure Robokassa payment page where they can make the payment.
Once they complete the payment process, your customers will be redirected to the website which you
put into the box "SuccessURL" or "FailURL" according to the state of the transaction.
4. WHERE CAN I CHECK PAYMENT DETAILS IN ROBOKASSA INTERFACE?
You can check all of the payment details, orders and customer e-mail in the Robokassa Account in the
'Operation reports" section or in the "Operation search".
