 Record all transshipment containers prior sailing of vessel and
coordinate with the transshipment ports to avoid delay ; in order to
maintain the transit time committed to the shippers.
 Sending follow up messages to the transshipment ports and collecting
connection vessel details to keep customer updated.
 Updating customers with the possibilities of change of destination (cod)
requested after sailing of the vessel, by checking with the transshipment
port.
 Detention & Demurrage :
 Identifying the units which are lying idle with the customer due to non-
utilization and ensure to get the containers back to the port either as
MTY or as EXP .
 Updating the customers with the applicable detention & demurrage
charges according to the tariff and steps to collect the same.
