 Currently working in Corporate Strategy and Planning dept. as Business Analyst where I am
responsible for the following :
 Revenue monitoring for Regional Chief operating officer (RCOO) -
Rajasthan/CPH2/Bihar/Jharkhand.
 Planning of Annual Operating Plan on the basis of last Year Company’s trend & current
trend of the industry.
 Competition analysis through Volume Market Share and Industry behavior
 Industry Analysis on the basis of market operating rate and macro-economic trends
 Monitoring and Planning Revenue from key clients (Top 20%).
 Structuring & execution of RCOO/MD reviews.
 Detailed variance analysis – Weekly/ monthly/Quarterly
 Revenue projection on the basis of daily/weekly trend and Special one-timer business.
 Highlighting the ad trends of various categories (Real Estate, Lifestyle, Education etc.)
 Seasonal movement of business and Volume projection with current trends and Last
year happenings.
 Festival planning and Tracking with focus on 61 days – state-wise
 Business Excellence and standardization of Ad Sales Business Reporting practices
across Jharkhand, Patna and Rajasthan.
Other work areas during my training period include:
 Planning an lifestyle category event(cost analysis, revenue generation avenues , clients
feedbacks)
 Sales experience of working in Lifestyle Category with a target of 50 L for 4 months during
training.
 Also took Advertiser feedback on advertising needs and insights on seasonal factor of
advertising with key focus on lifestyle and jeweler clients.
 SMD training – Reader Feedback, Back end MIS data understanding, Production working etc.
Trainee in corporate communications dept. during my summer interns with Mahindra and
Mahindra
5th June – 7th Aug 2012
 Worked on an ecommerce website targeting internal employees of Mahindra.
 Studied Target audience (internal customers of Mahindra) needs, product demands by taking
personal interviews and feedback questionnaire.
 Benchmarked other internal ecommerce websites of other companies.
 Studied the peculiarities of processes.
 Developed the USP of the website and also the differentiation quotient.

 Secured 3rd position in assessment test conducted in Sri Balaji society
 Scored first rank in the school (10+2)
 Awarded Miss academics
 Was a part of creative team during MBA and won Drishti (Annual Event) for my college for
two consecutive years.
