I have completed my BA in Psychology with high-honors, and am now enrolled in a MA program

experiences have given me the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the helping
professions. Now that I have a strong educational foundation, I wish to apply my skills and

Account Maintenance & Billing Representative
TeleTech - Denver, CO 11/2012
This position was an at-home customer service position, that required good communication,
problem-solving skills, and accuracy. I was responsible for updating customer information,
processing contract renewals, resolving issues, and managing monthly billing accounts.
Accurate written communication skills is a must for notating issues in customer accounts. I was
required to properly operate a headset, computer system, and multiple programs
(simultaneously). Team meetings and updated training was required. I held a perfect
attendance/punctuality record, and was a top-tier representative performer.

The Fresh Market - Normal, IL 07/2012 - 10/2012
This position offered excellent customer diversity experience, in a high-volume environment! I
was responsible for accurately ringing customer purchases and packing their items neatly. I
assisted customers with store information when needed, as well as made suggestions
concerning in-store products when appropriate. I maintained the front-end area of the store,
and greeted incoming customers in a warm and friendly manner. I was additionally responsible
for closing paperwork and balancing my drawer monetarily. I ran free sample displays when
asked to do so by my manager. I was often available to stay late or come in early when asked
to do so. I was 100% punctual, reliable, and known for helping my co-workers without being
asked.
Customer Service
Huck's Convenient Store - Normal, IL
This position offered excellent clientele diversity, and was a fast-paced environment. I was
responsible for ringing customer purchases, while maintaining a clean and well-stocked
environment. Closing paperwork and various product temperatures had to be accurately
performed/recorded each shift. I assisted the manager with many tasks, including over-seeing
the maintenance and ordering of Freshly cake products. I worked very well with my manager
and assistant manager, and was known for going above and beyond leaving my co-workers with
a clean and well-stocked work environment. I helped unload and date store product orders,
and maintain store equipment. I had an excellent rapport with my customers, and positively
contributed to expanding a regular-customer base. This position required the ability to work
independently with little manager assistance. Good communication skills, the ability to work
under pressure, as well as ability to handle customer complaints was vital. I was 100% punctual
and reliable.

the needy and elderly in my community. Assured special arrangements/accommodations for
those in wheel-chairs and with oxygen tanks.
2. Alcoholics Anonymous Hall Group (August, 2015-present): chair support meetings for the
Saturday night 7p.m. group. Responsible for arriving early to open and prepare meeting
topic. Offer additional support and direction for individuals in a relapse crisis. Coordinate
attendees with sponsors, and offer extended phone support for attendees in need.
Responsible for safely dropping monetary donations into designated drop-box, and locking
doors after meetings.
3. Co-dependent's Anonymous (January, 2016-present): facilitated and chair a CoDA 12-step
meeting in my local community. Responsible for organizing group work, printing materials for
members, opening and closing facility, and properly handling monetary donations.
