Step  1:  Log  into  Podio
Why  do  I  need  to  use  Podio  as  VP  MKT?
-­‐ To  track  OGX  customer  flow  
-­‐ To  ensure  my  MKT  acMvity  is  contribuMng  to  exchange  
-­‐ If  we  do  not  track,  we  cannot  improve  
-­‐ In  order  to  fill  in  OGX  MarkeMng  Tracker  effecMvely
What  metrics  are  necessary  to  track?
-­‐ #  of  Podio  Sign-­‐Ups    
-­‐ #  of  Individual  Assessments  completed  
-­‐ #  of  In  Progress,  Match,  Realize  (from  EXPA)
Step  3:  Find  your  LC
Step  2:  Track  your  Weekly  Sign  Ups
Scroll  down  on  
the  leY  side
Step  4:  Filter  for  the  week
Step  6:  #  Individual  Assessments  
Completed  per  week
Add  another  filter  for  “Individual  
Assessment  Completed.
Step  5:  Get  your  #  Sign  Ups  for  that  week!
For  example,  this  LC  has  4  in  total,  
and  you  can  see  where  they  are  
now  in  the  Sales  Process.
Step  6:  Go  on  EXPA  to  know  IP,  MA,  RE
Your  LC
Be  aware  that  oGIP  and  oGCDP  will  be  different.  
If  you  have  doubts  about  this  step,  always  just  
ask  your  VP  OGXs  for  accurate  numbers.
Now  what?
-­‐ Please  go  onto  the  OGX  MarkeMng  Tracker  
-­‐ Fill  in  the  tracker  with  your  weekly  metrics.  This  will  help  measure  your  acMviMes!
