Digital marketing strategist, 200 HR, yoga therapist, multiple sclerosis winner in a wheelchair, learning to draw... poorly...one day at a time. My name is Talmadge. I teach yoga to people who sit. I also pull double duty as a digital marketer. In 2010, I discovered that I had multiple sclerosis. After my first relapse in late 2011 I began to lose my ability to walk. I moved from cane to wheelchair in 8 months. I became certified as Yoga teacher, 200 hr in July of 2014. Yoga helped me adapt to the rapid changes that MS caused in my body and brain.
